Straight answers to what event organizers, agencies and marketing teams ask us most — about coverage, pricing, timelines, reliability and getting started across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
We’re a full-stack audiovisual and event production rental partner based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, serving clients across KSA and the UAE. We supply — and operate — LED screens and video walls, cameras and live production, sound and lighting, staging, truss and rigging, and exhibition stands and booth design, for everything from corporate conferences to exhibitions, product launches, weddings and large-scale national events.
Both. You can hire individual items, or hand us the entire production. Most clients choose us as a single accountable partner — one contract, one point of contact, and no finger-pointing between separate suppliers when something needs solving.
Within hours, not days. Send your brief through our website form, on WhatsApp at +966 58 139 2350, or by email, and you’ll get a prompt reply with the right approach and a clear, itemised quote.
Yes. We regularly support corporate, government, banking, real estate, healthcare, technology and oil & gas clients — conferences, exhibitions, product launches, award ceremonies and national-scale events. We’re comfortable with the documentation, security and reliability standards these projects demand.
Yes. Our team operates comfortably in Arabic and English, so briefing, on-site coordination and client communication stay smooth for both local and international organizers.
Across Saudi Arabia — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar, with coverage extending to Medina, Mecca, Tabuk, Abha and Yanbu — plus Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE. You get the same equipment standard and crew quality in every location.
Yes — most rentals include delivery, installation, testing and removal. Our crew sets everything up, runs a full check before doors open, and strikes it cleanly afterwards, so you focus on your event instead of logistics.
Yes. Experienced engineers and operators set up, test, rehearse and support your event throughout — so most issues are solved before they ever reach your stage, and anything unexpected is handled quietly and fast.
Yes. We plan around your venue’s load-in times, overnight builds and changeover windows, and we coordinate directly with venue and in-house AV teams to keep the schedule on track.
Pricing reflects the scope, scale, equipment and crew your event needs. Every quote is clear and itemised — the kind you can hand straight to finance or procurement — with no hidden fees or surprise add-ons.
Quotes are shown exclusive of VAT and any applicable government charges unless stated otherwise, so the figures are easy to reconcile. VAT is then shown clearly on your final quotation and invoice.
A booking is confirmed with a deposit, with the balance due as agreed in your quotation — usually before delivery or the event date. We set everything out clearly in writing before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Cancellation charges depend on how much notice you give before the event date, and postponements can usually be moved to a new date subject to availability. The exact terms are spelled out in your booking confirmation. You can also review our full Terms & Conditions.
The earlier the better — ideally 2–4 weeks ahead, and more for large or peak-season events, so we can plan and rehearse properly. That said, we regularly support urgent and last-minute requests where availability allows; contact us and we’ll advise quickly.
The full range — LED screens and video walls, cameras and live production, sound systems and speakers, lighting, staging and platforms, truss and rigging, TV units and digital displays, and exhibition stands. Our equipment is built to perform reliably indoors and outdoors, from ballrooms to open-air venues.
Absolutely. We tailor screen sizes, stage layouts, lighting looks, content and branding to match your theme and identity — so the production looks like your event, not a generic kit.
We build redundancy into mission-critical systems, rehearse before doors open, and keep trained technicians on-site throughout — so most issues are prevented entirely, and anything that does arise is resolved quickly and discreetly.
Yes. We maintain insurance on our equipment, and our staging and rigging are engineered with proper load calculations and handled by qualified crew. Where your venue or the authorities require it, we can provide method statements and risk assessments to support approvals.
